Customer Service Representative
- Assist customers with account inquiries and enrollment
- Provide clear and professional communication
- Resolve issues efficiently and courteously
Sales & Enrollment Specialist
- Educate customers on electricity supply options
- Guide customers through the enrollment process
- Meet performance and enrollment goals
Administrative Support
- Maintain records and customer data
- Support daily business operations
- Coordinate internal communications
What We Look For
